Each Alch Cera piece is handcrafted in the studio. As such, subtle variances in surface, texture, and form are part of the nature of handmade work.
To honour the integrity of this process, the following policy applies to all ceramic goods purchased through www.alchcera.com or directly through the studio.
Change of Mind
As a small studio producing primarily one-of-a-kind, hand-built pieces, Alch Cera does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.
Gift cards are also non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your piece has been damaged in transit, is defective, or if the incorrect item has been sent, contact the studio as soon as possible at hello@alchcera.com.
To help us assess the issue quickly, please include:
• clear photographs of the item
• photographs of the packaging and box it arrived in
• your order number
If your item arrives damaged, you will be eligible for one of the following:
• A full refund
• Store credit
• A replacement or re-make, depending on availability and production capacity
Because each piece is handmade, an exact remake may not always be possible, but we will discuss available options with you.
Refunds
Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to release the funds.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@alchcera.com so we can follow up.
